You can sign up for a membership by visiting our salon in person, calling us at (123) 456-7890, or through our online booking system. Simply select the membership plan that best suits your needs, complete the registration form, and provide your payment information. Your membership benefits will begin immediately.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership plan at any time. If you choose to upgrade, the new benefits will be available immediately, and you'll be charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Memberships are individual and cannot be shared. However, we do offer family plans that provide benefits for up to four family members living in the same household. Contact us for more information about our family membership options.

You can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days' notice. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.

Most membership benefits are available as long as your membership is active. However, complimentary services and birthday gifts must be used within the specified timeframe (typically within the month they're offered). Any unused benefits will expire at the end of each billing cycle.
